World of Ambitions
The world is full of ambitions
And if your willing to listen
To the regrettable crying whispers
Of what people have not given.
It is their gifts
You may think that their selfish
Because they didn’t care to share,
Their individual skills they had in store.
But what else did you expect?
What could they have done more?
Is this a rhetorical question
Or a hypothetical situation?
The hypocrisy
uncertainty
Is gnawing
At my consciousness.
They say money makes the world go round
Money? That has a funny sound sound
Because it comes from a tree
And it sound like a monkey
The color is green
Like valuable trees
But it should be brown like dirt
Because that is what it’s worth.
That’s right, it’s nothing.
They say that Greed like money, makes the world go round
But honestly, how can they be proud.
When are they cutting down trees, to make money,
and green wealth itself isn’t worth anything
Why… does… the world… respect…. money
Over their talents, their gifts, their dreams… and…. People like me.
