Is it Best to do Best?

I was told to do my best in everything I do.

Now that I am older, I believe it not be true.

They said, “give your every effort hundred for percent.”

Yet, upon reflection know I now what they had meant.

For, if I give hundred of percent a single thing.

You have no percent left still to give by any mean.

During Eighth grade I gave of my time to essay all

Finished I in Winter, yet I began in Fall.

I have learned that people don’t care for the working state.

Everybody wants completion, not production rate.

People all prefer perceiving products past produced.

No one wants to receive something not completely fused.

People lie; they say to try your best in all good things.

They ask thee thy time as long as good results it brings.
